One way to do this is to search for positions in the industries you&#8217;re interested in and look at the job descriptions to see what skills are required. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #001085;\">This will give you an idea of what you need to work on before applying for jobs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #001085;\">It&#8217;s also important to create a resume that highlights your skills and experience.\u00a0 One that also shows how you&#8217;ve been keeping up with the latest trends and advancements in your field. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #001085;\">You can also consider reaching out to recruiters in the industries you&#8217;re interested in. They can provide valuable insights and advice on how to get back into the workforce.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #001085;\">You can always start small<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #001085;\">Lastly, don&#8217;t be afraid to start small. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #001085;\">You don&#8217;t have to go back into the workforce full-time right away.
