Beat the Resume Scanner

October 3, 2023 Posted by Bill Benoist Applicant Tracking Systems No Comments

Beat the resume scanner at it’s own game.

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – these are the digital gatekeepers for many companies.

The ATS is scanning resumes 24/7.

And if a resume does not match what the company is looking for, it is not getting past the gates.

In the video below, I’ve got a great resource for you to help get past the resume and into the hands of the decision manager.

It’s called Jobscan.

Jobscan works like an Applicant Tracking System.  In fact, it was designed using the same technology as top ATS software on the market.

But it’s for the jobseeker – not the business.

Jobscan will match your resume to specific job descriptions and show what may be missing and what is working for you.

It is a great resource for those in career transition or looking for a new job.
